Pro One Engine Limited Lifetime Engine Warranty guarantees a vehicle`s engine against lubrication-related failure for as long as the owner continues to use Pro One Engine Life Treatment.
Is this really a `Lifetime` warranty?
Yes the Limited Lifetime Engine Warranty may be extended on an eligible vehicle for as long as you own it the lifetime of your car! All you have to do is use Pro ONE Engine life Treatment every 6 months or 6,000 miles to maintain the warranty for the life of the vehicle. Does the warranty transfer if they sell or transfer vehicle? Yes. The Warranty transfers with the vehicle to the new owner.
What does the warranty cover?
Under the law, a limited product warranty only covers or applies to what a product does or affects, so the warranty covers all lubricated parts of a vehicle`s engine, provided the required oil level and service are maintained and Pro One Engine Life Treatment is properly installed. Specifically:
> Piston and piston rings
> Crankshaft and main bearings
> Rocker arm and pivots
> Rod and rod bearings
> Distributor drive gear
> Timing gears or sprockets
> Valve heads and valve springs
> Valve lifters
> Steams and guides
> Wrist pins and bushings
> Cylinder linings and bores
> Oil pump oil pan
> Push rods
> Keepers and retainers
> Camshaft and bearings
> Cam follower and balancer
> All internal lubricated parts of the block and head
> Seals and gaskets if required to be replaced during repairs of covered parts
What does the warranty not cover?
> Per-existing conditions or damage to vehicle.
> Any breakdown caused by negligence intentional abuse or misuse, lack of scheduled maintenance
> As recommended by the vehicle`s manufacturer.
> Design and or manufacturing defects in any vehicle`s manufacturer`s listed part.
> Any breakdown resulting from unrelated conditions–collision or accident, road hazard overheating, fife, etc .
> Any damage or breakdown due to the failure to maintain motor oil or engine coolant at levels recommended by the vehicle manufacturer or improper maintenance that leads to sludge build–up or lubricant blockage.

Is there a maximum amount covered by the Warranty?
The aggregate limit of liability for a claim is $5,000.00.
What if the vehicle is covered by another Warranty?
If the claim is covered provided by the Vehicle Manufacturer’s original or extended warranty or any other warranty or service agreement, then the coverage provided by that warranty or service agreement will be the exclusive remedy for the consumer.
